Copyright and Ownership

All photographs and digital files created by Erica Lynn Photography are the exclusive property of Erica Lynn/Erica Lynn Photography. All images are protected under international copyright law. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the images for personal use only. Ownership of the copyright remains with the photographer at all times.

Usage Rights

The images provided are licensed for personal use only, including but not limited to printing for personal display, personal social media accounts, and sharing with family and friends. Commercial use of any kind, including but not limited to resale, use in commercial advertising, or licensing to third parties, is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial license agreement.

Editing and Manipulation

To protect the artistic integrity and brand of Erica Lynn Photography, the Client agrees not to alter, edit, or modify the final images in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: applying third-party filters (e.g., Instagram filters), cropping, retouching, or removing the photographer's watermark. The images delivered are considered the final, authorized version.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, theft, or equipment malfunction that prevents Erica Lynn Photography from fulfilling this contract, the liability of the photographer shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the Client. Erica Lynn Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any failure to perform.

File Archiving

Erica Lynn Photography will maintain a digital archive of your final images for a period of 12 months from the date of the session. While every effort is made to keep files secure, the Client is ultimately responsible for downloading, backing up, and protecting their copies of the images. After the archival period, files may be permanently removed from our servers.

Model Release

By agreeing to these terms, the Client grants Erica Lynn Photography permission to use the images created during this session for professional portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. If there are specific images you would prefer remain private, please notify Erica Lynn Photography in writing prior to the session date.
